HOW

POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

PROCEDURES / ACTIVITIES / STEPS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED SEQUENTIALLY TO ACHIEVE THE POLICY OBJECTIVES.
THE POLICY IMPLEMENTATION FORMS THE BASIS FOR BUSINESS REVIEWS.

  1. Before the outlet begins to trade, the outlet must enquire from the franchisor what products are available for sale, which ingredients are available from which suppliers.  If authorised, the addition needs to be either loaded onto the POS or authorised in writing.
  2. All products / ingredients must be purchased from approved suppliers.  A product may not be purchased from anywhere.  eg:  Coke 330ml
  3. Products, suppliers, ingredients and pricing must all be loaded into the outlet point of sale by the franchisor before the franchisee can begin to trade.
