The course has been arranged in order to get the daily, weekly and monthly disciplines of retail embedded into your daily habits in the form of a GAME PLAN.  Each task is given a time as to when it needs to be COMPLETED by.  The GAME PLAN requires both discipline as well as the Retsol Apps that will be shared with you by your RBM.

Because the whole LMS is designed around the Game Plan, it is a very important starting point to understand this concept.  The Game Plan is the ‘glue’ that holds the whole learning experience together.  Note the tasks highlighted in yellow are tasks that will be completed on the ‘Retsol App’.  Your RBM will assist you with the downloading of the app from the playstore and the registration of the app on your staff members’ iPhones and/or Android SMART phones.  Take a few minutes to review the Game Plan below:
