The correct report needs to be used to show the correct sales for the monthly declaration process.

THE ACTION (S) THAT NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE AND / OR THE STANDARD THAT NEEDS TO BE ACHIEVED IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE POLICY OBJECTIVES.

The Operator is to use the correct report on the 1st of the month in order to declare the previous month’s sales.

POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

PROCEDURES / ACTIVITIES / STEPS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED SEQUENTIALLY TO ACHIEVE THE POLICY OBJECTIVES.
THE POLICY IMPLEMENTATION FORMS THE BASIS FOR BUSINESS REVIEWS.

On the first day of each month, the operator is to run the correct sales report in order to declare the sales to the franchisor as follows:

  1. Log onto Orbis and, under REPORTS, select the report that states SUMMARY SALES BY DEPARTMENT
    1. Set the time period to begin on the previous month and to end on the previous month
    2. Select PRINT in order to generate the report
    3. Save a copy of this report to your desktop.  You will require this as an attachment when you declare your sales.
